Ingredients


500 g Regular Beef Mince
110 g Hamburger Helper
120 ml Cold Water
100 g Diced Onion
120 g Corn Kernels
150 g Grated Carrot
200 g Peas

Method


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan forced).
  2. Combine mince, Hamburger Helper and water in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  4. Place mixture in a lined loaf pan. Smooth out the top.
  5. Cook for 1 hour until brown and the loaf is pulling away from the edges of the pan.
